Keys are digital goods delivered instantly. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the key has not been activated on any device. After activation, refunds are only possible for a technical problem on our side that we could not fix within 7 days.
To request a refund, contact support with your key and payment method. Keys revoked for breaching the terms are not refundable.
